Business Manager
Brenda joined Dr. Banks' team in March of 2013. She has had extensive experience in both customer relations as well as dentistry for over 20 years. She can pretty much answer any questions you may have on any insurance issues in addition to any billing or account questions. She also schedules appointment for our patients, as well as presents treatment plans. Brenda was raised in Montana, attended Montana State University and relocated to the Dallas area in 1997. She is proud to call Texas her home! She has two grown sons that are her pride and joy, one still in college and the other is a chef in Dallas. For fun Brenda attends as many sporting events as possible, as well as concerts, festivals and socializing with friends. Brenda also enjoys making jewelry when feeling creative and gardening when it's not too hot outside! She looks forward to meeting you and is always available for any questions you may have. Patsy McAlister
Dental Assistant
Patsy is proud to say that she has been in the dental field since a young age. She started working with Dr. Banks in 1984, so the patients (and staff) have become like family to her. She is very knowledgeable about dental assisting and all clinical functions. She takes care and concern in treating her patients like they were her own family.
Outside the office, patsy enjoys getting out and singing karaoke, gardening, and, especially, cooking. She love her family at home and her family at work. She strongly believes that a family that eats together, stays together!

Janet Tate, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Janet is the dental hygienist for Dr. Banks, and is proud to have been working with the office for over 20 years. As a matter of fact, Dr. Banks' office was the first temporary assignment that she got when she first moved to Dallas, and after working all over the Metroplex, she decided Dr. Banks' office was where she was destined to be and is happy to call the office home.
Janet grew up in Waco and graduated from the School of Dental Hygiene at UTSA. She loves hanging out with her friends and family and has two dogs, Chico and Molly, that are her furry family. When not at work, Janet loves to travel.
